
Technical Partnership Growth Specialist

Job Description:
The Technical Partnership Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving growth through product evangelization, education, and facilitation of partner opportunities. As the technical liaison between partners and sales, support, and engineering teams, you will act as a catalyst for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content around NetApp's portfolio with a 'partner lens.'
- Understand service catalogues and how services are created from technology.
- Identify and influence improvement of key channel business processes across NetApp.
- Assist with ongoing improvement and evolution of partner programs.
- Drive partner program consistency, teaming, and integration.
- Participate in seminars and events.
- Stay abreast of Partner news, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide product presentations, education, and demonstrations to partners.
- Support Partner responses for RFI/RFP.
- Responsible for Partner advocacy within NetApp.
- Build plans to drive regular EBC and NetApp event attendance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science; or equivalent required.
- Strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical skills in Virtualization, cloud, Automation, Windows, UNIX/LINUX, storage networking, networking, Data Protection preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into compelling business value.
- Successful experience in building long-term relationships with senior-level enterprise Partners.
- Certification in one or more Public Clouds desirable but not required.
- Other recognized industry certifications desirable, but not required.
