We're looking for a Partner Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining successful partnerships with media agencies.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue for our agency partners. This includes setting up and enhancing long-term win-win partnerships, establishing and maintaining C-Level and tactical relationships, and leveraging insights and data to lead strategic conversations.
You will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve media agency performance, including consulting on scale-up initiatives, providing creative insights and best practices, and guiding partners on budget and revenue targets.
As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will be a point of contact for agencies, supporting their future growth and onboarding new clients. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and contribute to the development of the agency business on a broader scale.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience working closely with agencies, resellers, or consulting businesses. Media buying experience with other digital marketing platforms is a plus. You should be a sharp client-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines. Experience working with revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is essential. A genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy, and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of business is required.
