About this role

Manage client service invoicing and general administration with our team.

This role involves managing the end-to-end client invoice process, ensuring timely processing of a high volume of invoices, maintaining strict client service standards, and billing rules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client invoices from start to finish
  • Processing large volumes of invoices monthly
  • Ensuring proper setup and maintenance of matters
  • Tracking delayed split invoices and deductibles matters
  • Submission of invoices through clients' e-billing portals
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Services team

Additional responsibilities involve assisting with the new matter opening process, updating internal systems with client updates, and resolving invoicing issues in a timely manner.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A certificate in legal studies is desirable but not essential
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Adobe
  • Document management system experience, preferably iManage
  • Billing system experience, ideally Aderant Expert
  • Administrative support and billing experience in a law firm
  • Desirable skills: knowledge of insurance law and communication with clients
