Commercial Collections and Billing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Collections and Billing Specialist to join our team in Bacchus Marsh. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established market leading organisation on a full-time permanent basis.

**About The Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete billing process from start to finish, including timely and accurate processing of invoices, communication with customers via telephone, electronically or in person, collections calls to follow up overdues, establishment of patient payment plans accordingly, allocation and receipting of payments, set up new customers and accounts, and performing account reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Billing processes from start to finish in adherence with company policies
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, electronically or in person in relation to product or service enquiries
  • Collections calls to follow up overdues
  • Establish patient payment plans accordingly
  • Allocation and receipting of payments
  • Set up new customers and accounts
  • Perform account reconciliations

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in similar all round roles
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively
