Commercial Property Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced commercial property manager to join our team. This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of going permanent.

  • Assist with entering invoicing, reports sent to landlords, and data entry to new software.
  • MUST have experience with commercial property management software.
  • Approve and credit invoices, perform annual reviews, maintain asset management files, and handle tenant queries.
  • Manage insurance policies and ensure timely completion of tasks.
