Commercial Contract Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in managing major contracts from start to finish. As a skilled Commercial Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Team in preparing and executing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the Commercial Team in preparing and executing RFI, RFP and RFQ documents.
- Process non-disclosure agreements and subcontract modifications.
- Manage information transfers to suppliers via secure websites.
- Request supplier vetting and quality approvals.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare slide packs for distribution.
- Process invoices for commercial and government subcontracts and resolve associated problems with receipts and/or invoicing.
You will ensure that files are maintained in compliance with all relevant policies and government requirements. This includes the creation, management and archiving of contract and subcontract files, as well as required documentation. In addition, you will assist in administrative management of high volumes of changes, following the contractual change process and other mechanisms to ensure timely responses.
Requirements:- Strong theoretical knowledge of commercial contracts.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years prior related experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant coursework or practical experience demonstrating skills in business acumen, compliance, legal matters, negotiations, analytical thinking and strategy development.
