Commercial Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Commercial Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end activities. You will also be responsible for vendor and customer onboarding, and contributing to the streamlining of commercial processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely onboarding of vendors and customers.
- Prepare purchase orders in SAP under instruction from the Commercial Project Manager.
- Reconcile invoices against goods received from suppliers and freight partners.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and ensure data processing is reliable.
- Assist with process improvement and internal reporting projects.
- Collaborate with business unit managers, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a Commercial or Finance Administration role.
- Clear, confident communication and a proactive approach.
- Qualification in Commercial or Finance with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- ERP systems knowledge - in particular SAP.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
