Job Description

This 12-month contract position is part of our Retail Markets group, focusing on accurate and timely invoicing for SME and Commercial & Industrial customers. You will ensure optimal customer experience and service alignment with our goals and values.

About the Role

  • Process account setup and maintenance tasks for gas and electricity customers.
  • E nsure high-level accuracy and timely billing for commercial and industrial sites, as well as adjustments to invoices and statements.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex billing/account enquiries while liaising with stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
  • Provide daily statistics to key operational resources within the function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Medium to advanced Excel skills (essential) or knowledge of Gentrack (desirable).
  • A great team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to invoices and billing would be advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in working in the energy sector.
  • Approachable, motivated, and positive attitude.
