Indigenous Support Specialist

The Indigenous Support Specialist will provide administrative support to executives and senior staff, focusing on Indigenous affairs. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other activities.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on various topics as requested by executives.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
