Join Our Team as an Indigenous Talent Partner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Indigenous Talent Partner to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and sustaining employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

About the Role

This newly created position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including providing specialist advice on talent acquisition exercises and programs. You will work closely with our Head of Talent to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies that promote cultural safety and support the growth of our Indigenous workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates for employment opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that promote cultural safety and support the growth of our Indigenous workforce
  • Provide specialist advice on talent acquisition exercises and programs
  • Work closely with our Head of Talent to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies
  • Mentor and support colleagues to ensure cultural safety considerations are at the forefront of our Talent Acquisition practices
