Sales Capability Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Leader to join our Sales Capability & Solutions Team at Lion Inc.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across Lion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of sales capability development programs to elevate Lion's L&D offerings and differentiate it in the market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, and foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.
- Mentor and coach sales teams, and act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs, and experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
