What's Involved:

As a Grill'd crew member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, delivering exceptional customer service with a fun and friendly vibe. From the front of house to the kitchen, you'll take pride in prepping quality ingredients with love, mastering various stations, and ensuring our restaurants are always clean and welcoming. You'll work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, as part of our flexible schedule.

What We're Looking For:

We value individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team are essential. While previous experience is welcome, we offer full training for the right candidate.
