Pool Ambassador Job Description

At Accor, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Pool Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our pool areas are safe, clean, and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce pool safety rules to maintain a secure environment for guests.
  • Provide assistance with poolside amenities, such as towels and seating arrangements.
  • Stay up-to-date on current CPR and first aid techniques to be prepared for emergencies.
  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
  • Maintain pool areas in accordance with our procedure manual.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • First Aid Certification desirable.
