Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Belgravia Activities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing enrolment sales and acquiring and nurturing business partnerships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic health and wellness brand, utilising your skills and passion in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our team, including a Marketing and Partnerships Consultant, and the Digital Brand Manager, while reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet enrolment sales targets and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads for sales and partnerships, fostering and maintaining existing relationships and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategies: Contribute to sales strategies and digital and B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage prospective students, including student enquiries, email, or telephone enquiries, implementing lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Progress Monitoring: Align sales plans and activity with enrolment targets, recording keeping and reporting on activity and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and relationship building, preferably within the education sector.
  • VET Knowledge: Knowledge of the VET Quality framework and funding contracts.
  • Sales Techniques: Knowledge of sales techniques, concepts and activity.
  • Results-Driven: Proven sales track record – working to targets, delivering outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Communication: Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Ability to cold call and generate new business opportunities, devise and implement sales strategies.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
