Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Belgravia Activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic health and wellness brand, driving business growth and building strong partnerships.

About the Role

This role involves securing enrolment sales and acquiring and nurturing business partnerships. You will be responsible for meeting enrolment sales targets, analysing sales performance, and identifying potential leads for sales and partnerships.

  • Meet enrolment sales targets and analyse sales performance
  • Identify and target potential leads for sales and partnerships
  • Foster and maintain existing relationships and partnerships.

You will also contribute to sales strategies and digital and B2B marketing strategies, manage prospective students, implement lead generation and promotional campaigns, and record keeping and reporting on activity and progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship building, preferably within the education sector.
  • Knowledge of the VET Quality framework and funding contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software
  • Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to cold call and generate new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to devise and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership building skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
