Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Xplor, where you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity in Melbourne that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of existing customers, working closely with your Account Executive (AE) to renew contracts, execute strategic plans, and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for advocating customer needs across departments, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining regular customer contact through meetings and reviews.
To succeed in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience in solution selling technology or SaaS products, with a proven track record of managing sales pipelines and delivering predictable results. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations, and taking ownership of your tasks.
