We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

About the Role

  • Maintain a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at these customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.">
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that our products and services meet their requirements.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and expansion.">

Key Responsibilities

  2. Analyze current customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth and development.">
  3. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.">
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service and support.">
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services.">
  6. Ensure accurate and timely management of customer contact information, pipeline, and other required data in our CRM system.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A moderate to high degree of experience using business solutions to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.">
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or similar industries is highly regarded.">
  • Able to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider.">
  • Ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities.">
  • Proven cultivator and 'closer' of sales opportunities within enterprise organizations.">
