About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Expert to join our team at Gallagher Bassett.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in the Worker's Compensation industry and can interpret and apply Accident Compensation Act.

The successful candidate will provide specialist technical oversight and knowledge to their claims team, using their unique skillset to coach and mentor colleagues on complex claims matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical knowledge to review and endorse sustainable claims decisions
  • Liaise with legal parties relating to claims disputes, and provide technical reviews to complex claims management strategies
  • Guide employer clients requiring specialist technical assistance

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Law Degree and/or Industry Related Qualifications.

A strong background in customer service, communication, and leadership skills is also essential for this position. Experience working in a client service role, coaching, mentoring, and training others would be highly regarded.
