Job Title: Expert Learning Development Specialist - Claims Excellence



Estimated Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Expert Learning Development Specialist - Claims Excellence. As a key member of our learning and development (L&D) team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the technical competence and proficiency of our frontline claims teams through individual coaching and formal training.




  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our claims staff, including new starter trainee programs.
  • Work closely with our L&D specialists to design and implement effective learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert coaching and mentoring to individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of WorkSafe and DXC Integrated Services Trainee programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our L&D team.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A minimum of 2 years' case management experience in the worker's compensation industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop training programs and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in training and assessment, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
