As a uniquely international company with 80% of our users residing outside the U.S., we're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to establish and grow our APAC marketing team.

The Role

You'll partner closely with the APAC GM to develop our overall APAC strategy, working collaboratively with the global Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to increase awareness, generate demand, and build pipeline within the region. You'll be empowered to build the strategy, programs, and team from the ground up, making this a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Strategy & Execution: Develop a comprehensive market strategy that deeply understands the APAC market, product, and buyer journey, driving innovative and effective solutions for Notion.
  2. Lead & Pipeline Metrics: Own key lead and pipeline metrics, developing reporting on KPIs, assessing pipeline health, and identifying challenges and priorities.
  3. Program Design & Execution: Design and execute end-to-end programs that create demand and accelerate opportunities, including field events, partnerships, webinars, content marketing, and community activations.
  4. Team Building: Establish a high-performing marketing team capable of rapidly executing tests and campaigns.
