We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our APAC sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of SugarCRM.

Job Summary

The Sales Growth Representative will play a critical role in driving sales growth across APAC markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored sales pitches
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and customers within our CRM system
  • Staying up-to-date on SugarCRM products and solutions, as well as industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Professionalism, determination, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort with learning and utilizing various software applications, including CRM systems

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $67,500 - $87,500 per annum, plus commission based on ARR sales, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a benefit stipend, educational resources, and various discount programs.
