About the Role

The Group Partnership Manager will play a key role in managing all aspects of successful campaign management across a portfolio of key clients. This includes leading the Melbourne partnership team to drive success across the Melbourne Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest service level.
  • Expand knowledge of SEN and its media assets to ensure all campaigns across the group are executed with minimal errors.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to ensure client queries are answered and campaign opportunities are maximised.
  • Manage the Melbourne partnership team to drive success across the Melbourne Commercial Team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous campaign management / commercial experience within radio, media or similar.
  • Experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables.
  • Outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
  • Team player with prior experience managing direct reports.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and multiple projects at a time.
  • Significant track record for strategic thinking and creating innovative solutions.
  • Experience within a media and / or advertising agency or similar marketing role.
  • Passion for sport and / or media.
