We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will represent Square's brand in Australia and develop and deploy our Australian strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying new partnership opportunities, contract negotiation, Go-To-Market planning and execution, and building and growing deep relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, sign, and manage partners end-to-end to drive Square's growth in Australia.
- Take ownership of relationships with a broad set of partners, including large strategic opportunities with major organisations and scaling our partner program for independent software and service providers, consultants, and advisors.
- Measure success against a set of KPIs, including growth of the partner ecosystem, number and value of new customers acquired via your partners, and adoption of your partners' solution by customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships development, product management, and/or partnerships experience, with experience in signing new partners.
- Experience evaluating opportunities with regard to impact on strategy, brand, finance, and operations.
- A compelling and inspired vision and sense of common purpose, with a willingness to look beyond what's possible today.
- Built successful relationships with external parties; worked with executives and senior leadership to explore new opportunities.
