About the Role

The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across Zitcha's customer base, fostering long-lasting client relationships and delivering outstanding client experience.

This role requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, and operational expertise to drive growth and retention of Retail Media Networks.

We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their business operations, goals, and needs, and develop effective strategies to help them achieve their objectives.

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a Customer Success role or equivalent
  • Showcase previous SaaS/AdTech/MarTech/Retail Media Network experience on the Retailer side
  • Highlight experience working with large accounts and multiple stakeholders, preferably Enterprise level
  • Provide evidence of account growth and retention experience
  • Showcase experience working within Retail across Trade and Retail Media agreements
