Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact
  • Proactively engage customers to identify their business needs and recommend opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Facilitate onboarding for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation process
  • Track customer usage to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Regularly inform customers about new features and upgrades
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for service enhancement
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the software or technology sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Results-driven and highly motivated
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
