We are seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional professional services to our clients, setting up Connecteam features tailored to their workflows, integrating our platform with other tools, and migrating data from existing solutions. You will work closely with the CS and R&D teams to develop expertise and provide outstanding service, optimizing customer processes, onboarding, and saving valuable time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily with clients to deliver professional services.
  • Work independently to complete tasks assigned by clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborate with the CS and R&D teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS company – Mandatory.
  • Native-level English proficiency – Essential.
  • You are tech-savvy, dedicated, eager, and curious to learn new things and constantly improve.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
