Job Description

As a Customer Success Consultant at Autodesk, your primary responsibility will be to help our customers achieve their business goals by executing a range of services that drive adoption and innovation. This will include post-sale account management, customer relationship development, and strategic advisory services.

You will work closely with our customers and Autodesk teams to develop and implement strategies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will also need to be able to analyze complex business challenges and develop creative solutions that drive value for our customers. Additionally, you will be accountable for post-sale account management and drives account growth strategy with wider account team members (Sales, Delivery, ISM, PDG).

Key Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  2. 6+ years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
  3. Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves.
  4. Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect customers with an understanding of their needs and ensuring they understand and realize the full value of our products and services.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
