We are seeking an experienced Keystone Success Manager to join our team at NetApp. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers to discuss their current needs and challenges.
- Developing and implementing customized solutions to meet customer objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles or technical support management.
- Strong knowledge of the storage market and/or storage solutions.
- Prior experience in customer presentation and reporting is highly desirable.
