The Role
We're seeking a Custome Success Manager to oversee high-value customer segments, allocated across Subbie, Supplier, and Builder customers. As a key member of our team, you'll build strong relationships with these customers, understanding their specific needs and challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of high-value customers, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Collaborating with sales and customer enablement teams to ensure customers receive maximum value from our platform.
  • Driving revenue growth and retention through upsell and cross-sell activities, in partnership with the sales team.
  • Developing tailored customer success plans to help customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximise the value of our platform.
  • Providing actionable feedback to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and innovation.
  • Maintaining detailed client records in our CRM system (Salesforce), tracking interactions, needs, and progress to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
