Job Title: Strategy Director

At dentsu, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategy Director to join our team in Carat Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic development of our clients, delivering actionable communications strategies, and providing tangible direction that brings our strategic vision to life in media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic communications plans in collaboration with internal and external agency partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences, identifying opportunities to deploy our Designing For People Proposition.
  • Position yourself as a valued member of the client team, balancing core accountabilities with specialist expertise.
  • Play an active role in identifying 'big bet briefs' that present opportunities for award-worthy work.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of industry and proprietary tools and systems used within dentsu.
  • Ability to integrate and collaborate across the end-to-end response to brief, ensuring strategic direction is reflected in tangible campaign outcomes.
  • Foster positive and productive ways of working with agency peers across assigned clients.
  • Identify and proactively manage engagement from senior team members across the client portfolio.
