About the Role
This is a key position in our finance transformation team, where you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data analysis and strategic planning. As a Senior Finance Transformation Lead, you'll work closely with our Finance Transformation Manager to lead project streams and deliver high-quality results.
- Support the Finance Transformation Manager in leading project streams through all stages, including scoping, discovery, implementation, and post-project support.
- Take ownership of business analysis and technical problem-solving, facilitating workshops and meetings with project SMEs to gather and interpret project requirements and distill key themes.
- Design, develop, and document detailed technical solutions that solve complex business problems, and influence to obtain business buy-in and approval.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in data analysis and complex modeling using SQL, Data Bricks, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Support project teams using data to identify, validate, and test business assumptions and solve problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to tell stories using data and provide business context to support decisions.
About You
- You have strong data and commercial acumen, leveraging your experience and judgments to make recommendations and manage risks.
- Experienced in technical solution design and able to develop solution options and recommendations to solve complex business and technical issues.
- Demonstrated experience working in technology projects, with an understanding of agile principles and ways of working.
- Ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams, peers, and across the business.
- Proactive in investigating and adopting new technologies to achieve competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT, Information Systems, or Finance.
