The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Online Education Services. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving lead and student enrolment targets for our partner universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive student enrolment and lead generation
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and advertising agencies to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage and execute multi-channel media plans and creative projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and education

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, either client side or agency
  • Experience managing end-to-end user journeys
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience working to lead or sales goals, alongside cost per lead/cost per sale targets
  • Experience working with paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Experience in finding and analysing data and insights to drive strategy
  • Strong understanding of brand and brand architecture
  • A good understanding of building value with consumers, consumer psychology and customer acquisition
