We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Client Director - an exciting opportunity to influence outcomes and enhance client revenue and engagement through effective process management and project oversight.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Client Director, you will oversee the daily senior client relationship and the overall performance of the team. This role demands a profound understanding of the media landscape and a thorough grasp of our clients' industries and business dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a pivotal client account with effectiveness Collaborate with external agencies (digital and creative) to deliver cohesive projects Ensure the integration, consistency, and timely execution of all components in response to briefs, including strategy, communications planning, investment, and optimization Manage the business by delivering the service proposition to clients and overseeing the complete management of individual client accounts Cultivate client relationships according to the established relationship strategy Accountable for the overall client relationship, operational efficiency, and deliverables Maintain commercial and service ownership of client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and profitabilityIdeal Candidate:
Exceptional client service and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence Proven track record in fostering collaboration and engagement swiftly to empower the team Experience with various media channels including TV, Print, OOH, and Digital (Video, Programmatic, Display) Capacity to thrive under pressure in a continuous improvement environment Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and influencing capabilities Proficient in managing numerous requests from a diverse range of stakeholdersBenefits:
