About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Options Consulting Group as a Business Development Director, leading the expansion of our facilities management services into new target market sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision makers to identify business opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Act as the first point of contact in sales, leveraging the company's reputation and social justice ethos to engage clientele.
  • Manage a team of two Senior Business Development staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong commercial/business awareness and relevant industry experience in facilities management.
  • Natural confidence, excellent time management skills, and the ability to engage with a range of personalities.
