About You:
- Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Australian Working Rights Required
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate/card required

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Guest Services Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, managing room assignments, and handling payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Additionally, you will process check-outs, resolve any late and disputed charges, answer guest calls, and provide directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Other responsibilities include coordinating with Housekeeping, communicating parking procedures, running daily reports, and balancing receipts according to Accounting specifications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
