Customer Experience Ambassador

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is tidy and well-maintained, helping customers with their queries, and providing outstanding service.

This role involves physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs. However, it also offers a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
