Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned large enterprise customers, providing advanced-level technical support and expert guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct ownership for resolution and troubleshooting of complex cases
  • Closely collaborating with other engineers to ensure timely status updates and effective customer communication
  • End-to-end case management to guarantee seamless customer experience and satisfaction

You will also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of NICE CXone products and develop skills in SaaS, Telecommunications, contact center software, and computer networking. Additionally, scripting or programming experience using APIs and proxies will be valuable assets in this role.
