Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to lead the growth and profitability of sites within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and relationship management skills, with experience in managing circa 35 staff and multiple sites as well as field technicians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. A strong focus on site management, team development, and customer satisfaction is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth and profitability of sites within their portfolio
  • Develop and implement processes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage a team of circa 35 staff and multiple sites, including field technicians
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail branch network or other branch environment
  • Exceptional staff management skills
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills
