Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests make the most of their stay
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales team and building rapport to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community, promoting our unique offerings and experiences
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, driving success and growth
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep knowledge of the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the high standards of our brand
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
