Luxury Sales Ambassador

At Mulberry, we're seeking a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our high-performing team in QVB, Sydney. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service experiences, drive sales, and build strong relationships with our core luxury consumer.

About the Role

We're looking for a sales professional who can consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs, use product knowledge to maximise sales, and engage with our customers to build a strong CRM network. As an ambassador for the Mulberry brand, you'll demonstrate passion in all aspects of your role and ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience- Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs- Use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role- Ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand
