We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing personalized service and support
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, showcasing our knowledge of the region
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong understanding of the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, with a high level of computer literacy
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays
