Seasonal Services Ambassador

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Services Team at Westfield Hornsby as Seasonal Services Ambassadors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers and retailers.
- Provide concierge services, including assistance, directions, and information in a busy retail environment.
- Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
- Manage traffic and direct vehicles during peak times in the car park.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Provisional license (Manual/Auto) and availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
