At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our guests and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Complete all department-related paperwork
  • Use communication equipment to provide excellent service
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
