We are seeking a skilled Splunk Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Australia.

About the Role

This permanent position involves managing and maintaining the Splunk infrastructure, supporting log management and monitoring needs. As a key member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing Splunk Universal Forwarders, Indexers, and Search Heads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploying and configuring Splunk infrastructure components
  • Managing data ingestion and ensuring high-quality data onboarding
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Splunk infrastructure
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk App for Infrastructure, and other Splunk apps
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Splunk Admin or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Splunk architecture and components
  • Strong understanding of log management, monitoring, and security event management principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a flexible working environment.
