Your New Role

As the CRM and Loyalty Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer relationship and loyalty strategies. Based between frank green House in South Melbourne and frank green Operations in Dandenong South, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on CRM initiatives and the development of our loyalty program.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams to create targeted workflows and programs within our CRM and loyalty platforms. Your expertise will ensure that our strategies are effectively integrated across all customer touchpoints, enhancing customer retention and brand loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Create and oversee revenue-generating workflows within our CRM and Loyalty systems.
  • Design and implement strategies for our loyalty program to motivate and reward customers.
  • Ensure the accuracy of CRM and Loyalty data by maintaining a clean and current database.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and potential opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly performance summaries and comprehensive post-campaign evaluations for the Leadership Team.
  • Facilitate ongoing Work In Progress (WIP) meetings both internally and with partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience working in CRM, preferably using Klaviyo.
  • Loyalty experience is favorable but not required.
  • An analytical decision-maker, able to solve complex problems using data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
