CRM Marketing and Loyalty Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Marketing and Loyalty Specialist to join our team at frank green. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing our customer relationship and loyalty strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and oversee marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Create and implement revenue-generating workflows within our CRM and Loyalty systems.
- Design and execute strategies for our loyalty program to motivate and reward customers.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM and Loyalty data.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform customer retention and brand loyalty initiatives.
- Develop and deliver weekly performance summaries and comprehensive post-campaign evaluations.
- At least 2 years' experience working in CRM, preferably using Klaviyo.
- Loyalty experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Able to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management.
