Role Overview:

Miller Leith Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to drive strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of automated customer communications. As part of our national loyalty program and data transformation initiative, this role will enhance the CRM program through personalized, cross-channel campaigns that foster loyalty and deepen customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage CRM campaigns across email, social, and digital channels, optimized for customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop a communications roadmap with targeted messaging for product promotions.
  • Work with digital, marketing, and IT teams to align campaigns with business logic and data insights.
  • Analyze and optimize conversion and engagement metrics, using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Lead timelines, stakeholder coordination, and creative deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.

About You:
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing automation, ideally in retail/consumer industries, focused on CRM and customer journeys.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in automation, CDP/CRM platforms, HTML/CSS, and customer segmentation.
  • Analytical: Skilled in using data insights to enhance engagement and campaign results.
  • Project Management & Communication: Strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.
  • Cultural Fit: Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a bias for action in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical setting.
