Customer Experience Specialist

At Forever New, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our CRM Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating and managing campaigns for our CRM and loyalty program. You'll work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure smooth execution across various customer channels, including email and SMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting on performance of CRM/Loyalty programs, SMS & MMS, and Post Purchase Surveys to present in weekly trade meetings and reporting decks for executives.
  • Monitoring Forever New's Validity account, checking weekly insights into inbox placement, reputation, and performing regular inbox testing with seed lists and pixel tracking to track deliverability.
  • Creating new and existing CRM/Loyalty journeys and emails in Emarsys across all regions.
  • Implementing MMS in SMS for promotional sales and collection launches.
  • Developing targeted CRM audiences for Digital Ads for Facebook and Google.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or similar
  • 1- 2 years' experience within CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms to deliver omnichannel campaigns and automation journeys including email SMS, web push and app push.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation
