Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a skilled Crm Martech Manager to join their team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for managing the CRM technology, integrations, documentation, and scalability of the CRM, Marketing Automation, and CDP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and maintain the new CRM Martech across 5 brands and 4 regions.
  • Drive customer data accuracy and security with IT and Analytics teams.
  • Facilitate automation migration and manage integrations.
  • Partner with CRM and Digital teams as technical and data expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (digital marketing, IT, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience managing Martech platforms.
  • Strong skills in communication, project management, team management, organization, time management, attention to detail, data analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management.
  • Technical knowledge: data architecture, data segmentation, list management, GDPR compliance.
