As a key role within our organization, the Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by understanding client issues and challenges.
The OpportunityThis position focuses on multiple focus accounts within an industry, driving global account strategy, rigorous account planning, and relationship development across the client organization.
- Drive revenue, sales, and relationships on multiple core accounts and develop and drive account planning and the global account strategy.
- Develop and execute account plans to develop critical business relationships across the account.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the account team on global pipeline execution, revenue plan, deal review, and negotiation strategies.
- Able to drive transformational performance across our portfolio of accounts and solutions.
- Strong ability to focus on commercial outcomes that align with the interests of our clients.
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies, and go-to-market (GTM) models.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position that can be based in Melbourne or other locations. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
